CREDO TEAM PHOTOGRAPHS

A set of professional corporate headshots for the Credo Asset Finance team.

Credo Asset Finance wanted to refresh the portraits used across the website and individual profiles. The existing headshotsโ€”neutral background, flat lightโ€”did the job, but they did not say much about the company or the people who work there. These are portraits that need to build trust in seconds, so they should feel professional, consistent, and alive. The brief was to create something more dynamic without losing approachability.

The plan favoured clarity over complication. I used a fullโ€‘frame camera with a single key light and a softbox to produce crisp, flattering images with a clean catchlight. The modifier gave the faces shape while keeping shadows gentle, and it avoided the overly stylised look that can date quickly. A wheeled stand made the setup easy to move so we could work efficiently across the office, introducing light variation in background and depth while holding the same lighting ratio and angle. That balance delivered variety without eroding consistency.

Shooting sessions were short and calm. Each person stepped in, settled, and had a few minutes under the lights. Simple guidance on stance and expression kept the results natural. The intent was to capture people as colleagues and specialists, not as actors. The palette stayed true to the office environmentโ€”clean, modern, with enough colour in frame to keep images from feeling clinical.

I kept postโ€‘production in Adobe Lightroom restrained. Adjustments focused on colour, contrast, and local retouching to remove distractions without altering character. I prepared the output files to work across the siteโ€™s layout and social media platforms. Over time, we photographed thirty people and maintained the same look so we could add new starters as they joined.

The result

The result is a set of portraits that carries the companyโ€™s tone: personable, genuinely local, and professional. They read well at a glance on a team page and hold up close on an individual profile. Most importantly, they help clients put a face to a name and feel confident about the people behind the business.
