Corporate Video Production
Made with care and crafted to fit your brand, your website, and your wider content.
If you need a film that helps people understand what you do, trust you, or choose you, I make corporate videos with clarity, craft, and a thoughtful, considered process.
From interview-led stories and client testimonials to internal comms, training, and event coverage — MADE BY WOODSMOKE handles your project end-to-end: pre‑production, filming, editing, colour, sound, and delivery.
What Corporate Video Can Do
Corporate video isn’t about looking “slick”. It’s about making something that feels true, clear, and useful — and that fits the way your organisation actually works.
Common goals I help with:
- Building trust quickly (for new clients, partners, donors, or stakeholders)
- Explaining a service or process with clarity
- Showing credibility through real people and real places
- Supporting recruitment and internal culture
- Capturing events so the value lives beyond the day

LOOKING FOR A COMPELLING CASE STUDY IN ONE EASY PACKAGE?
Explore the Proof Pack Bundle
An interview-led video, photography and a written case study — all in one bundle.
Built as a System (Not a One‑Off Video)
Most corporate videos fall flat because they’re treated as one isolated deliverable.
I plan the shoot and the edit so the film fits your brand and can be used properly across the places people actually meet your business — with the website as the anchor — and supporting versions for social, internal comms, and campaigns.
Depending on the project, that can include:
- A core film (your “main story”)
- A website-first cut for your homepage or a key landing page (pacing and structure tuned for web)
- Short cutdowns for social
- Stills and thumbnails pulled from the shoot
- Optional variants: captions, alternate hooks, different runtimes, and platform formats
If you’re building a new site (or refreshing your current one), we can align the film with the page structure so everything feels like one joined-up story, not a bolt-on.
Corporate Video Services
- Client testimonials / interview-led films: Trust, credibility, and a clear story — without forcing anyone to “perform”.
- Brand and culture films: Useful when you need alignment internally and clarity externally.
- Case study / project films: Show what you did, how you approached it, and why it mattered.
- Training and internal comms: Straightforward, well-produced video that’s easy to use and easy to update.
- Event videography: Highlights, interviews, and content capture built for future campaigns.
- Product / service explainers: Straightforward, clear, and purpose-built for understanding.
From First Brief to Final Delivery
A smooth process matters, especially when you’re coordinating busy people and real deadlines.
1) Brief + direction
We align on:
- What the film needs to achieve
- Who it’s for
- Where it will live (website, social, internal)
- What success looks like (even if it’s qualitative)
2) Planning
Depending on scope, this may include:
- Shot list / interview plan
- Schedule planning
- Location and contributor coordination
- Light scripting or structure (so the story has bones)
3) Production
A considered shoot with professional cameras, lighting, and audio — scaled to fit the job (from solo operator to a small crew).
4) Post-production
Editing, colour correction/grading, audio mixing, titles/graphics, and versioning — with a clear feedback loop so approvals don’t spiral.
5) Delivery
You receive files optimised for where they’ll actually be used.

FAQ
How long does a corporate video take to produce?
Smaller projects often take 2–3 weeks from brief to delivery. Larger, interview-led films or multi-location projects typically take 1–3 months. I’ll confirm a realistic schedule during planning.
We don’t love being on camera — can you still do this well?
Yes. Most people feel that way. I keep interviews calm and simple, and I’ll guide the structure so nobody is left guessing what to say.
Can you film at our workplace?
Yes. I regularly film on-site, and my setup is designed to travel.
What do you need from us?
A clear point of contact, access to the right people, and enough context to understand what matters. If you’re not sure yet, that’s fine — we can shape the brief together.
Do you work outside of Norfolk?
Yes. I’m Norwich-based but film across the UK when the project calls for it.
